Saxon Switzerland: Suite "Nibelungen"

Popularly known as the ‘BURG SCHÖNA’ the house offers a splendid view of the Schrammsteine rock-face rising above the Elbe. The ‘Malerweg’ hiking path, provide hikers with ideal conditions and are merely 500 metres away. ‘BURG SCHÖNA’ is divided into a main house and a small addition. The ‘Nibelungen’ Double Room and own bathroom with wellness shower are in the main house. At ‘BURG SCHÖNA’ we have a very professional kitchen, including fridge and pizza oven, available for self-caterers and a dining room area. The ‘Malerweg’ path, which is frequently described in magazines and books, leads through our woods as the ‘Aschersteig’; the ‘Elbhangweg’, that can also be used as a jogging route, will lead you to it. The Elbe Cycle Route, which crosses the German border, and the Schöna-Hrensko ferry connection provide direct access to Bohemian Switzerland. The recommended route from the Schöna-Hřensko ferry to Prague’s Old Town Square totals ca. 173 km. It climbs ca. 700 vertical meters and it follows the river almost the entire time.
