The villa location is perfect to enjoy both the cultural and lively Barcelona and to rest in a unique and calm environment. It is only 45 kms away from Barcelona city center. The villa is perfect for 2/3 families wishing to discover Barcelona but also willing to enjoy a calm and fully-equipped headquarter! The villa, fully renovated in June 2014, accommodates up to 12 guests. Five bedrooms (1 baby crib), two bathrooms, three toilettes and a shower by the pool. The house has a beautiful dining room and a living room with a fireplace. Parking is available for 2 cars inside the garden. For your outdoor time, you have exclusive use of private backyard as well as a pool, barbeque area, playground with a swing and tennis table. Everything is there for the fun of your family! The villa is only 5 km away from the highway connecting France to Barcelona (AP-7) and it is located in a typical and quiet Catalan village. It is at the foot of Montseny mountain, a Biosphere Reserve. The facilities for your daily shopping are only 5 minutes away by walk or car (bakery, supermarket, weekly local market on Saturday, etc.). On your arrival, we will warmly welcome you to make sure everything is as comfortable as possible for you and your family. A gardener takes care of the garden and the pool 2 times a week. If you wish, we can also offer you a housekeeping service. In less than 45 minutes you’ll be enjoying the calm and the beauty of the Costa Brava’s beaches, walking around Barcelona downtown or having dinner in one the world's best restaurant 'El Celler de Can Roca' close to Girona. The famous outlet shopping center La Roca Village is only 12 km away, Water World is 40 minutes far from the house and you can have dinner in the picturesque village Tossa de Mar after 50 minutes' drive. Riding, golf, segway, paintball, mountain biking, quad are other activities available in the nearby villages. If you don't like driving, don't worry, there’s a regular train service to Barcelona and Girona City. A bus can take you to the train station, just 3 km away from the house. Smoking is not permitted for security reasons and specially during the summer period. For security reasons, parties are not allowed inside the house. We kindly ask our guests to respect peaceful neighbors, in particular at nights. It is necessary to close all windows and doors when leaving the house, even for a short period of time. Animals are allowed inside the house. In July and August the house is rented in periods of a week time (Saturday-Saturday). IN FRANÇAIS !!
