Our comfortable 1 bedroom cottage, can accommodate maximum 4 persons either 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (there is a sofa bed in bedroom for children and sofa bed in living room) There is so much to see and do in Wylam and surrounding areas. 1 bedroom cottage and separate bathroom upstairs. Living room/dining room, kitchen and utility room downstairs. Kitchen is fitted with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and washing machine. We can arrange for storage of bikes or pushchairs on request. Travel Cot, highchair, booster seat, baby bath, changing mat and small selection of toys available. There is a grade 1 car charger at the cottage, but if you have a need a more recent car charger there is a fast charger 5 minutes away. Access to whole of property. Key is left in key safe and I leave my contact number in the welcome book if there are any problems. Wylam has a great selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. There is everything you need with in walking distance from the cottage. There is a supermarket next to the cottage which is open until 10pm. There are also a couple of parks and several walks from your door step. Wylam is just 20 minutes from Newcastle airport and Newcastle Central Station, you can also catch a train direct to Wylam Station from Newcastle. Wylam is situated just off A69, which is about 15 minutes drive from A1. Private parking for 2 cars. Electric car charger, grade 1. Fast car charger 5 minutes walk away. There is an extra £30 charge for bedding for both sofa beds. Bedding is included for 1 kingsize bed and 1 sofa bed.
