Copperstones is a detached two bedroom stone built bungalow in a quiet lane, in the lovely picturesque village of Upper Brailes in South Warwickshire. Ideal location for visiting the Cotswolds and surrounding area. Including Stratford upon Avon, Chipping Campden and Oxford. Lovely area for walking and many historic houses and beautiful gardens in the area. Off road parking for one or two cars. Sorry no pets are allowed. Accommodation Traditional spacious interior providing home comforts. Fully carpeted living room and both bedrooms. The front door leads into a hallway connecting with the living/dining room, kitchen and bedrooms. The living/dining room has a sliding door to the conservatory. The kitchen is fitted with a fan oven and hob, fridge and microwave. An archway leads through to a utility area with washing machine and the central heating boiler. The bathroom, it was fully refurbished in January 2016 and has a large walk-in shower, wash basin, toilet and a radiator. Bedroom 1 is located at the front of the bungalow and is a large spacious room with double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. Bedroom 2 is found at the rear of the property and has two single beds There is a wardrobe and small chest of draws. Outside the conservatory is a patio area. The garden is enclosed and has access to the land where the owners have their poultry and two donkeys.
