Country retreat with hot tub for a peaceful break

This is a lovely period looking property in a rural location, great if your looking for a quite country getaway, we offer a private bedroom with tea and Coffee making facilities, hair dryer, first aid kit etc, use of hot tub built inside a log cabin. Great access to the North Norfolk coastline. We have a 2nd room should you want to book with friends or family see 2nd listing. We offer a full cooked breakfast with Tea/Coffee/juices or if you prefer a lighter option we can offer cereals, toast and jams with tea/coffee/juices in our recently refurbished dining room, we have a small flock of friendly chickens who lay lovely eggs served fresh with your breakfast, open fire will be lit in the winter. We have a very overfriendly Labrador, don't worry if you're not over keen on dogs, we can keep him out of your way. We have a local chip shop in Terrington St John serving just about everything under the fast food banner, only 5 mins drive, we do have a local pub in the same village that serves food with a good carvery on Sunday and bar meals, we always go to the 5 bells in Upwell, lovely pup, great ales and food and portion sizes are amazing, I have big appetite and have only managed two courses. Worzles Bar and Grill just 5 mins away, this is fantastic and comes highly recommended, we also have a local Italian in Terrington St John called the Barn, Wisbech and Kings Lynn has just about every takeaway going!!!. Start of the stunning Norfolk coastline only a short drive away, we can recommended many places to visit along with the Queens estate of Sandringham. Garden seating Use of fridges and freezers Hot Tub Free off road parking Host will be on site for the duration of your stay to assist and make sure you stay is enjoyable We live in a rural location all amenities are a little more than a long walk so driving is essential, we have a fantastic Italian restaurant called the Barn 5 minutes drive away in Terrington St John and Worzals Bar and Grill/farm shop also 5 minutes drive (highly recommended), Kings Lynn Town center is just 12 miles away, Wisbech Town Center just 6 miles drive, the lovely historic city of Ely just 24 miles and the start of the stunning North Norfolk coastline 25 miles away, if your into bird watching we have the Welney Wetlands just 15 minutes drive. We have a local bus service with regular buses going to Wisbech or Kings Lynn, nearest train station is at Watlington 7.9 miles drive, also local taxi firms We have a very friendly lab who just loves to meet people, more than happy to keep him away if you wish
