Cosy countryside apartment near Salzburg

Quiet & cosy countryside apartment at upper floor; newly renovated & furnished; large living room / lounge with sofas and TV; kitchen fully equipped; private bathroom with toilet separated in a different room. Our guests love the large and clean apartment, they like the silence in a beautiful nature. Use the garden to have breakfast or BBQ. If you wish, we give tips for activities in our region - culture, sport (hiking, cycling), city breaks. English/Italiano/Francais We are living in a small and silent village, full of nature and birdsong. Starting in spring 2021: Playground near our house, fun for kids and adults. Next airports: Salzburg (40 km), Munich (120 km), Vienna (300 km) We are living next to the apartment and are happy to provide any assistance if needed. Countryside: Car is needed to commute. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please use the ash-trays on the balcony or in the garden.
