This house is spacious and homely, newly renovated. It has 180 degree sea view. The large sundeck is entertainment area. The house consists of 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower), spacious lounge with large TV, alcove which leads to main lounge entrance, a spacious, kitchen / dining area. The two separate rooms are "Room With A View" 2 x 3/4 beds and "Cosy Corner" 1 x double bed. Lounge has a single sofa sleeper. Spacious and cosy, homely house. Newly renovated. Great views, good for couples, and families. Business travelers would find it convenient to the airport, Ballito / Umhalnga. Children over 5 and over preferred. Ideally the establishment is suitable for 4 guests as the 5th is a tight squeeze on the sofa bed in the lounge, bearing in mine 1 bathroom. 4 guests are ideal. Full kitchen / dining area, large lounge with large TV, entrance (alcove) area. Room With A View has the large deck area, but as above if whole house is rented, both rooms have access to this. Available most times as reside in the granny flat on property. 180 degree sea view, 300m from beach, swimming beach 1.5km away. Spice Restaurant, close by, a 4.5 star eatery / pub. Beach Bums. eatery / pub, on the beach. Umdloti is 7kms with a lovely beach for children (and adults) and of course Ballito being 10kms has many lovely beaches. The beach in front of the house is ideal at low and mid tide to swim in the large rock pools and the safety of the reef. 6km from King Shaka (Durban) International Airport 10 minutes drive 10kms from Ballito, 20kms from Umhlanga. Uber Available. 20km from Sugar Rush Adventure Park, Putt Putt, Paint Ball, Jump Park, Micro-lite Flights, Restaurants, Petting Zoo, Snake Park, Train Rides, Helicopter Rides, Scenic Cycle & Running Tracks, Driving Range, Zip Line & Children's Clubs. Down the road is Monkey Land & a Dam. There are two routes to the house. One goes past an informal settlement on the one side of the road, 2.5 kms away from the house. There has been no hindrance from this whatsoever. Children 5 and over are accepted. It is not suitable for younger as there is a shower only, steps and a sundeck. I do have a website.
