Delightful room with twin beds.

A warm welcome to my terraced house in Barton-on-Sea, a 10 minute walk to the sea overlooking the Isle of Wight and Christchurch Bay. Nearby New Milton is on the mainline train service to London, and is on the edge of the beautiful New Forest. My twin bedded room offers flexible comfortable accommodation. The bathroom, although not en suite, is just next door. My policy is not to use the bathroom whilst guests are in the house. Guests are welcome join me in the lounge or conservatory for a chat, others enjoy the privacy of their room or are out exploring the lovely area. Either way is just perfect! I am always happy to give advice on places to eat, local routes and attractions - ask away! Guests always comment on how quiet the neighbourhood is. Guests can park on the adjacent road to my terraced house. New Milton station (and town centre) is a level one and a half mile walk (about 25-30 minutes). The bus service is infrequent unfortunately. Lights and locking up at night instructions are given, if necessary. I usually cook English breakfast on Sundays, otherwise cereals, yogurt, fruit, toast and marmalade are on offer - or eggs!
