The apartment is cozy, spacious and equipped with a wide range of accessories. It has beautiful surroundings, nature and infinite fields, clean air and there is exceptional peace. Everything you need in life can be found here. It is not much of a place for demanding and consumable types of people, but for those who perceive truth and their hearts are open. The surrounding area has breathtaking quarries and ponds for fishing or swimming, winter skating or just sitting on a bench by the water. Countless field trails for walks and bikes, forests as well as horseback riding, roller skates, football, tennis ... The apartment has a piano for artistic moments and a balcony that offers beautiful views while sitting. You can experience a real sense of home and belonging. You have the use of the whole apartment of 120m2. Sleeping can be used on the beds, but also on the health mattresses on the floor. Both ways offer fully-fledged sleeping. Each floor has its own bathroom and toilette. There is for your use your bedroom, bathroom with toilet next to the room, an open PC room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, living room and a balcony with outdoor seating. The apartment is spacious 120m2 and on each floor is a bathroom and toilet. Walking destinations are stone quarries in two places, fold with grazing horses, three ponds, strawberry and raspberry fields where you can go to self-picking. Nice fields and road ways on bike, scooter, roller skating, jogging ... to the forest it is few minutes. The tennis court and football field are in the village, also few playgrounds for children. Beautiful and fulfilling place called Klepec is Natural reserve in Skřivany about 7 km away, Klánovice forest about 10 km, Doubravčice with beautiful forest and trails about 20 km. Natural bathing in lakes is in Jevany, Sadská, Poděbrady, Lázně Toušeň 15-20 km away. The connection to the City center of Prague is 32 minutes by train to Masarykovo station or the Main station from Rostoklaty station. The double decker train is very comfortable and quiet. By car it takes approx. 40minutes. From Břežany ll to Rostoklaty you can take a 2 minutes bus or you can have a beautiful 15-minute walk. Who enjoys nature, quiet, or jogging and walks, would love the way on foot to the train station. It feels like a bridge between noisy and busy life style of Prague City, and the peace and quiet, where you can perceive your natural flow and own breath easily with no distractions. You can also take a bike, scooter or leave the car there. Parking is free. The buses run only during working days. A Sphynx cat with blue eyes lives in the apartment. She is very kind, cuddly and sleeps most of the time. Also contributes to greater comfort and a pleasant environment. Keeping the apartment clean and in order depends on you. If the cat is in the apartmen while your stay, you might be asked to give her water, food and clean the toilet. You can rent bikes for an extra charge, but also other sports equipment, as well ping-pong, badminton, volleyball ... We clean with Nano-silver and steam cleaner, so the environment and superficials are clean and safe from chemicals. Please be aware of the possibility of price changes in TOP periods and holidays.
