Farmhouse B&B Pond View Room
Beautiful 16th Century Grade II listed farmhouse with great views situated 2 miles from the centre of Henfield village. 5 minute walk from the Downs Link so ideal for walkers and cyclists. Spacious rooms, ample parking and a warm welcome. I do have dogs and a cat and am unfortunately not able to accept visitor's pets. The driveway of this mainly arable working farm is a bit bumpy in places & liable to be muddy. Breakfast is included with cream teas and dinner also available on request. This Double Bedroom is a large airy room, south facing with views over the fields with a king sized bed. Tea and coffee facilities are in the room. There is plenty of shelf and hanging space for guests clothing. There are 2 bathrooms in the house as well as a small sitting area upstairs for guests to use. I also have a range of board games that guests can use if they wish! Please note that during Covid restrictions that the sitting area may not be accessible. Set in the countryside just five minutes walk from the Downs Link for walking and cycling. It is a quiet area, although the local wildlife (duck on the pond and foxes roaming) can be noisy sometimes! There is a bus service from the centre of the village which goes to Horsham and to Brighton. There are two bathrooms between 3 rooms, one of which is downstairs. I do have three other double rooms if you are wanting to book for others in your party. In order to have effective social distancing in the house breakfast times will need prior agreement. If you need to have breakfast at a set time please let me know at the time of booking. There are 2 bathrooms in the house & you may be asked to use a downstairs bathroom with an upstairs bedroom. Please let me know when requesting a booking if this is a problem. Thank you.
