A perfect location for exploring the Chilterns

Our spacious home is perfect for those who want a relaxing break away, located a stone's throw from the heart of Princes Risborough. We offer a 'garden facing' guest bedroom with king-size bed and refreshments in your room. You will have sole use of your shower/bathroom with towels provided. We will leave you to enjoy a Continental breakfast and cereals etc which is included in the price. Our large garden with hammock and rattan furniture are available for you to relax during your stay. Our home is at the heart of our beautiful medieval market town but located down a quiet, pretty lane one hundred yards from the High Street. The bedroom we offer is large, newly decorated and cleaned to required Covid 5 Star standard. If you wish to eat out, Princes Risborough has a variety of hostelries for you to enjoy. We have traditional pubs, The Whiteleaf, George & Dragon and Bird in Hand, plus three Indian and one Italian Restaurants. Gracing our high street are a variety of cafes including La Crepe Escape, The Fieldmouse, and Crumbs Too. Duke's Wine Bar is a firm favourite, offering good food with inside and outside eating. We also have a Fish & Chip Shop, plus chains Domino's Pizza, Fire & Stone Pizza House and Costas. If you prefer to spend your evening at our Air B&B, you are most welcome to cook a meal and eat inside or out. To enable freedom for guest access, we have a key lock safe by the front door. We will be happy to welcome you and explain everything you might need to know during your stay. However, we understand that you are 'on holiday' so we will give you the space to relax. Please do let us know if something is not to your liking whilst you are with us, rather than after you have left! The neighbourhood has a typically 'village feel' set in an ancient medieval market town. Princes Risborough has a charming High Street where one can sit with a coffee outside a cafe and watch the world go by. There are many independent shops. The only 'chain' restaurants we have are Domino's Pizza and Costa Coffee! There are wonderful walks and cycle paths to enjoy and well as National Trust sites and the cities of London and Oxford within easy reach. The train station is a ten minute walk from us. We can give you a lift if required. There is an excellent train and bus service to Oxford, Aylesbury, High Wycombe and London. There are many cycle pathways; walking is a big attraction here too. We will make maps available for any guests who wish to use them. We can personally provide a pick up service from the local Princes Risborough train station if required. Please note we have, at present, a Siamese cat living in the house. If you are cat allergic, please note. Sass is very shy so you possibly may not meet her!
