Family Villa w/ Beautiful Rural Setting and only 5 minutes to the Beaches

Family Villa is situated in a very quiet residential area east of Çatalköy village. This part of Çatalköy is a quiet, open area with other family villas dotting the peaceful landscape, sloping up from the sea on the north and west, to the backdrop of mountains in the south. The house location is convenient to stores and day trips to beaches and all the amenities. The Wifi is reliable, and extends its reach onto the terraces surrounding the house. There is a charcoal BBQ and BBQ materials. The house has two bedrooms and open plan kitchen with living room. It has front and back balconies with private garden. Also there is a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower in the top floor and half bathroom with toilet and sink in the ground floor. The master bedroom has a view on the living area, sharing its skylights. Linens are provided, and each guest has bath, face, beach towels, and slippers. Note that all the windows and glass doors are fitted with aluminum-framed sliding screens, mosquito net, and room-darkening shades for your comfort. In the room under the stairs there is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, drying rack, and a hair dryer. The villa is fully air conditioned, with units in each of the bedrooms upstairs and one larger inverter units downstairs. Each unit provides cool or warm air, as required. In the big kitchen, there are the two-compartment freezer / refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle and electric Turkish coffee pot, plenty of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. The Wifi is reliable, and extends its reach onto the terraces surrounding the house. On the south side is an overflow swimming pool, which measures 10m x 5m and has a graduated depth of 70 cm to 150 cm, for swimmers and non-swimmers. An outdoor shower is available in the pool area. Semi Private Pool: The pool is shared with only the villa opposite (which I own) and the half villa adjoining yours (used by its Cypriot owner). All past guests have never had a problem with this and have even rebooked holidays at the villa. OUTDOOR FURNITURES There are tables, chairs, sun beds, and sun umbrellas. Some of them are lightweight and foldable where you have dinner and enjoy the picturesque sunset. Also you can use anywhere, including the beach. There is a charcoal BBQ and BBQ materials. GARDEN Depending when you are here, the garden will have fruits and flowers growing. We have many rose, jasmine, bushes, herbs, and trees for thyme, lime, and escadonia. The villa is ideal for family with children offering a number of detached spaces to enjoy your time through the day and night. Also our guests who will stay in our house for quarantine can use the pool. OVERVİEW Property is a brilliant location for the whole family, located in a rural setting surrounded by beautiful nature and away from any hustle & bustle but close enough to helpful amenities and attractions situated. Also it is located on a sloping land, the view is unobstructed, there are not many houses around. There is a dead end. So no trafic noise. The neighborhood is small with friendly people. GETTING AROUND Çatalköy Village 25 Min Walk, Kyrenia Harbour 15 Min Drive Also groceries, restaurants, casino, cafe, bar, pharmacy are only 5 minutes away by car from the villa. You need a car for access the groceries or other amenities. Because the avenue is two kilometres away the house. Family villa is located very conveniently to Ercan (20 minutes) and Larnaca (60 minutes) airports. AQUA PARK and Several beaches are within a 10 minute drive. Shayna Beach with bar and lovely open air restaurant. Diana Beach with a sandy beach and water sports. Alagadi Beach with long stretches of sand turtle watching and safe swimming make it a perfect family location. Acapulco Hotel has the largest aqua park in Cyprus. Bellapais Abbey where there are picturesque remains of a 13th-century monastery, with panoramic views, a museum, restaurant & cafe. Bellapais Abbey is 15 minutes from the villa.
