The maisonette, which is approximately 4 minutes’ walk from Frinton’s famous Greensward and beautiful sandy seafront, is also only a 10 minute walk from Connaught Avenue’s shops and eateries. It is also ideally situated for you to enjoy Walton-on-the-Naze with its pier, wildlife centre and famous Naze Tower Accommodation comprises: Own front door with stairs to first floor. Lounge / Diner: With two comfortable Parker Knoll sofas, attractive electric fire, oak coffee table , oak occasional tables and standard lamp. Flat screen Internet TV with Freeview and sound bar, Blue Ray DVD player and Chrome Cast. Oak dining table (extendable) with 4 chairs (2 extra chairs available), cupboard with good selection of board games, puzzles, books and DVD’s (Door to Kitchen). Kitchen: Well equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, four-ring gas double oven and grill, microwave and slow cooker Bedroom 1: Double bed with deep mattress, fitted wardrobe cupboards, dressing table and stool, bedside cabinets, lamps and hairdryer. (Linen and towels included) Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds with deep mattresses, wardrobe cupboard, dressing table and stool, bedside cabinets and lamps. (Linen and towels included) Bathroom: Enclosed bath with thermostatic shower attachment and shower curtain, low level w.c and vanity wash hand basin. Rear Garden: The garden is to the rear of the block with a seating area and rotary line, nb you have to leave the front door of the flat to gain access to the garden. Gas and electricity included High Speed Wi-Fi included All Bed Linen, Towels and Tea Towels included The whole flat and garden access to the rear with seating area and rotary line nb you need to leave the flat to gas access to the garden which is to the rear of the maisonette. We will meet our guests when handing over keys and will be available throughout their stay should they have any queries or problems. With its happy friendly community our opinion is that Frinton on Sea is one of the nicest place in this part of the Essex Coast. Frinton on Sea Train Station is approx 0.5 km away with services to and from London, Colchester, Chemsford and Walton on Naze. Take the train to Walton on Naze with its pier and shops. Bus routes Frinton on Sea Train Station is only a 8 minutes walk giving services to Walton on on Naze , Clacton, Harwich and Colchester. Our minimum stay is 2 nights but this only applies to Friday and Saturdays During the week the minimum is 3 nights at a reduced rate. During July and August we only accept a minimum of 1 weeks booking During Half term holidays we only accept bookings a minimum of 4 nights The garage is for the owners use only. There is a rotary line and some bins further to the rear left hand side of the garden which other flat users need to access so that may pass down the path through the garden on the odd occasion to access this area. However the main part of the garden is for use by Flat 4 only. Parking is for Flat 4 only - enough space for 3 cars We will require all names, addresses and contact details of guests staying at the property during the duration of your stay (Not just the lead name) , please make sure these are provided before your arrival day as keys will not be released When collection your keys, please scan the NHS QR code displayed using your NHS COVID-19 app this is to ensure that everyone receives the necessary public health advice in a timely manner.
