Maison des Erables is in the Creuse, Limousin. If you want to experience real rural France, this is the place. It is a beautiful hilly area with forests and areas with mixed farming. This ideal for hiking and cycling. The house is fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Bedding and towels are supplied. It is a typical creusios house with kitchen and lounge / dining room on the ground level. Two en suite bedrooms on the first floor (double beds) and one bedroom with shower / toilet and two single beds. The house is on the town square with the boulangerie on the other side of the square. There are many restaurants in the vicinity and on excellent restaurant on the square. The famous city, Limoges is about 55 km with an airport with regular flights from the UK. Four of the declared beautiful small towns in France are within 40 km from Azerables. Two are 14 and 22 km from the house. One of the well known nature reserves, Brenner Park, is also very close. Numerous chateau, old churches and abbeys are within 60 km from Azerables. The famous town of Aubusson, famous for tapestries is about 70 km.
