Newly converted barn on sussex farm, modern, open plan living, cosy and warm in a chic country style Ideal for a peaceful getaway The little barn is on our family run farm, We will meet and greet you, be available for your stay however we value your privacy so you can check yourself in and out. Within half a mile of the village two pubs, church a proper village green where cricket is played Close to Brighton, Gatwick, Southdowns and coast, all within an easy drive. Modern, airy and well laid out and spacious looking out onto the farmyard No neighbours so very private but we are close at hand if needed The property has its own private entrance, private parking and there is no shared spaces or neighbours, guests use a key safe for self check in. Outside seating. We also undertake additional cleaning of areas that are frequently touched. The hosts will be available during your stay Three pubs within walking distance all serving good food and drink ! Within a very short drive there are renowned gardens Nymans, Leonardslea and Wakehurst, a 15 minute drive will get you to the Southdowns and within less than half an hour you can be on the beach in Brighton or Hove. There is a handy co op in Cuckfield only three miles away but in Haywards Heath only 5 miles away there is a mainline train to London Victoria or Gatwick or Brighton and a Sainsburys, Waitrose and M & S Ideally you will have a car but there is a bus stop in the village 0.5 miles away and there are mainline trains from Gatwick (10 miles) and Haywards Heath (5 miles)
