Beautiful Restored 18th Century Palazzo

Located in the main square of the town of Amaroni (1,000 inhabitants), The Palazzo Ciampa is a 12,000 square foot restored 18th century structure with all the conveniences of modern living. Venanzio Ciampa and his wife Robin Merendino wanted to bring back to life this beautiful ancient Palazzo with its ornamental decorations and statuettes,18th century tiles, stunning wooden entrance, workmanship in old stone, original doors and furniture. On the main floor there is: Bar Café, which can prepare breakfast and lunch a gym with boxing equipment, weights and a Turkish bath The 1st floor features: a very large kitchen with dining table a very large living room with table for dining 2 sofa beds 2-way fireplace a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower a second queen size bedroom with full bath third bedroom with 2 twin beds and bathroom with shower and a terrace looking on to the main square of the town  The 2nd floor features: a large bedroom with king bed and bathroom  a fully equipped kitchen a living room with sofa bed an additional bathroom a large terrace with dining table where you can view in the distance the Ionean Sea and soak in some sun rays. The whole Palazzo has all necessary comforts such as air conditioning, heating system and wifi. It sleeps comfortably 14 people, walking distance to 2 supermarkets, pharmacy and 3 restaurants. Parking in the square is available. Amaroni is a 20 minutes drive from the Lamezia Airport. The town is 15 minutes drive from the closest beaches and 10 minutes drive to hiking trails.
