There is a cycle/walking pathway along the A259 connecting Bognor Regis to Littlehampton that passes by within 20 meters. Driving is easy and there is ample free parking on site. There is a local network of footpaths through our farmland to the beach. No smoking permitted on site, so smokers are discouraged as there is nowhere to smoke outside on the premises.
