Circe's Island

Just a one hour drive from Rome, in an exclusive Residence, Isola di Circe is a terraced villa with a garden equipped with every comfort for your ideal vacation. The residence, adjacent to the coastal road, allows you to comfortably reach the sea in just a few minutes (by bike, by car or by a special shuttle) as well as the lake, the National Park of Circeo and the center of Sabaudia. The newly remodeled villa is divided into two levels with a total of 7 beds. Inside there is a large living room with comfortable sofa bed (double/single), LED TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances such as dishwasher, oven and fridge freezer. The seaside-style rooms consist of a double bed plus single extending bed for adults and younger guests, and a twin bedroom with double beds and a shared balcony. Both bathrooms have both windows, one with shower, the other with washing machine. From the lounge there is a large furnished patio with tables and chairs where you can dine outdoors. The 90 sq.m. garden has a sunbathing area equipped with deckchairs and a masonry shower with hot water. In addition the villa is equipped with air conditioning, window mosquito nets, awnings and two bicycles to move in peace and freedom in the area. Several parking spaces available in the villa opposite the square. Guests have the entire structure without any limitations. I will be available during check-in and check-out as well as for emergencies. In the low season, the management is entrusted to the caretaker of the residence. At check-in will be regular recognition of the guests (according to legal obligations) by sending the identity document to the police headquarters in Latina. The receipt will be duly issued at the end of stay upon return of keys. The Sabaudia residence is a quiet, nice and clean place ideal for those who want to spend some time in serenity and relaxation. And 'possible to walk or ride by bicycle inside the residence. Excellent solution for couples looking for tranquility or families with children. Accessible on foot or by bicycle, bars/tobaccos, groceries, fishmongers, butchers/groceries, grocery stores, drugstores, restaurant/bistros with discounts for home guests. From 1 to 3 km there are supermarket, service station and bank. The house is located a few kilometers from Sabaudia and Monte Circeo. It is 1.5 kilometers from the sea which can be reached by bicycle. Nearby there are bars tobacco, food, fruit store, drugstore, fish shop, hardware store and a church.
