Langford - beautiful Cotswold stone cottage

A fabulous 3 bedroom cottage with incredible country walks and pubs (famously The Bell) on the doorstep. A wood burning fire for cooler evenings and outside courtyard for chilled drinks. A quintessential English cottage in a quintessential Cotswolds village! Everything you need for a truly wonderful escape... Newly refurbished to a high standard - new carpets and freshly decorated throughout... With plenty of space for 6 adults there’s a separate dining room and a cosy sitting room with a wood burning fire, kitchen, boot room, three double bedrooms; one with an en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom complete with bath. There’s a small courtyard area with a sofa and chairs for outside lounging! Minimum of 3 night stay... A great escape to the country... Parking on quiet village road next to the house. We’re next door if you need us but happy for you to just enjoy your own space and all this area has to offer. On the edge of The Cotswolds there’s stunning countryside in every direction... As recommended by Giles Coren The Bell is a v short stroll and in Filkins, The Five Alls about a 30 min walk. Do book them early as they’re popular! A car is the best way to reach us - once you’re here you can easily explore on foot as lots of wonderful walks... We have four adult bikes you may borrow so you can cycle from village to village (and pub to pub!) but please pre-book them. The cottage is an old bakery and subsequently the staircase is narrow and winding so may not be suitable for those with disabilities. It’s always nice to meet in person but sometimes it’s just not practical. To give both parties flexibility there is an option to access the key to the property via a lock box. Check in time is from 3pm. Check out by 11am. Please just ask if you need a little flexibility!
