2013 newly renovated, 60 sqm, max. 6 pers., south-facing terrace with small garden ***** free WIFI, Smart-TV, Sat-TV, blue ray Player, PS2, Bluetooth-music system ***** pool nearby, quiet but central location, within walking distance to the old town The bright and sunny holiday apartment on the mezzanine floor of our single-family house is provided with an own entrance area and fully separated from the rest of the house. The apartment was completely renovated in 2013 to a high standard of workmanship and mainly newly furnished. The whole apartment is fitted with under-floor heating, tiles and free Wireless LAN. Directly next to the entrance area, there is - shielded through hedges - a small terrace, where the east-south-west-orientation offers sunshine all-day-long. You can enjoy you breakfast outside with the first rays of sun and savour the moment of the last sunrays of the day with a glass of delicious wine. The holiday apartment is 60sq m and provided with 6 places to sleep. You can find a large double bed (180 x 200cm) in the main-bedroom. This room can be combined with the living room by opening a large double door. In this way you can have an open apartment with a lot of space, if you want to. The second bedroom includes a three quarter bed (140 x 200cm). Both bedrooms are fitted with darkening blinds. There is a pull-out double couch in the living room. Two armchairs, one each standing in both bedrooms, can be added if required. The flat-screen TV (with smart function, satellite reception, USB recording and integrated radio function) leaves nothing to be desired. You can find a large collection of family games as well as a well-stocked selection of books. (And if you shouldn’t be able to finish reading during your stay, please feel free to take it home with you.) From the living room, you can reach the dining area with its dining table (90 x 90cm, extendable up to 90 x 160cm) and 6 chairs. It’s the centre of the apartment from where you can reach every room. There is an additional small dining area in the kitchen which is fitted with all important equipment to make you feel comfortable. In addition to a baking oven, ceramic glass cooktop and fridge with icebox there is a dishwasher and microwave. All other kitchenware e.g. coffee and espresso machine, egg cooker, toaster etc. of course are available. The daylight bath with WC, shower, a small bathtub and under-floor heating includes furthermore a towel heater. Aside from that the apartment has got a small lumber-room, where vacuum cleaner, drying rack, articles for cleaning purposes etc. are housed. Our holiday flat is a non-smoking apartment! Animals are not allowed! The rail station is within walking distance from the apartment (approx. 300m). From the freeway A5 you can reach the apartment in about 3 minutes. The holiday flat is centrally, but also quietly located. From the small backstreet you reach the city enter in a view minutes by foot. In the immediate neighbourhood (approx. 100m) there is placed the Basinus-Bad (swimming bath with indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a large waterslide). All shopping possibilities you need for your daily life (bakery, supermarket, mail station, rail station, swimming bath, bathing lake, pedestrian area, cafés, restaurants and taverns, but also doctors, pharmacies and a hospital) are located nearby. You don’t need a car here in Bensheim!
