Villa Elesia, with easy access to southern beaches

Villa Elesia is managed by "etouri vacation rental management" and approved by Greek Tourism Organization with license number: 1119095 Villa Elesia is a 204 sq. m residence in the area of Pale in the southern part of Rethymno. It offers easy access to all the clear blue water southern beaches in the prefecture and it is in between two villages with amenities. Layout Ground Floor On the ground floor there is a large, bright living room with a 50” satellite HDTV with Netflix subscription, Playstation 4, bluetooth speaker, a fireplace and a dining table. The living room has large glass doors that accessed the pool and outdoor area. There is also a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table. One of the four bedrooms is also on the ground floor. This air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds (0,90X2,00) as well as an ensuite bathroom with shower. Additionally there is a WC on the ground floor as well as a storeroom with the washing machine, clothes dryer and iron/iron board. 1st Floor The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor. There is the master bedroom with a king size bed (1,60x2,00) which has a 21” TV and an ensuite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom of the first floor has two single beds (0,90X2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom on the first floor has two single beds (0,90X2,00). All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning and balconies. Furthermore there is a large shaded veranda on the the first floor with mountain views. Outdoor area Villa Elesia has mountain views from the balconies, verandas and outdoor pool area. The outdoor area includes: -Α private swimming pool and outdoor shower -Umbrellas and sun beds by the pool -A fully equipped charcoal barbecue -Outdoor dining under a shaded area -Garden furniture -An outdoor swing and play area with trampoline for young children - Ping-pong table -The Villa and outdoor area are fenced. Despite the neighbouring houses, there is enough privacy in the outdoor area. INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA Villa Elesia is located in the area of Pale in the southern part of Rethymno. It offers easy access to all the southern beaches in the prefecture. More than 5 well know southern crystal clear water beaches are within a 20 minute drive such as Amoudi, Damnoni, Schinaria, Plakias, Triopetra, and Preveli the famous “Palm tree” beach. They are organized but there are sections on those beaches where you could go to be away of the crowd. The Villa is ideally situated between two villages (Spili and Armenoi) with amenities available there such as restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs and pharmacies to name a few. The well know restaurant “Alekos” is in Armeni which has been awarded the Golden Chef’s Hat numerous times. Villa Elesia is also near Plakias town which has become a renowned tourist resort now providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish. Additionally mountain villages such as Sellia and Mirthios are nearby with traditional restaurants with spectacular sea views.
