Three-room apartment with patio and independent garden, part of a property consisting of 4 small independent real estate units, 2 of which (symmetrically identical) are on the ground floor with parking space to the south-west and patio-garden to the north-east. In the three-room apartment next to the one in question lives the owner for most of the year. From the well-shaded garden (20m x 10m), you can access a large fenced-in condominium park where children and kids of all ages play free and safe. Between garden and patios (2) in common you can have many tables and chairs, deckchairs, a large double bed swing, 2 hammocks, a shower with hot and cold water and a very funny HYDROMASSAGE POOL with heated water for 4 people. Normally one of the two units is inhabited by the owner, always available to offer various services (kite school, transport to and from airport or station, trips to Tropea and surroundings, etc ...) to make your holiday more enjoyable and enjoyable. Each of these 2 units can accommodate up to 6 people in emergency, but comfortably 2-4 people since the bathroom (with shower) is unique. It is a quiet and peaceful place to rest or relax after a nice day of kiting. The 2 units upstairs are studios with bathroom / shower, have a large shared south-west terrace and another smaller one overlooking the garden on the north-east side. The garden can be accessed via stairs to take advantage of what is available, described above. One of the two units also has a kitchen and a refrigerator over 2 beds (+ 1 additional) separated. The other instead, of identical size, in place of the kitchen, has a comfortable double sofa bed as well as 2 separate beds. There are no heaters but it is possible to request gas stoves. Ceiling shakers are available in all the interiors. Hot water from solar system or from water heater. 2 electric pedal assisted bikes available for hire.
