The house at the sea.

The accommodation is about 5 meters from the sea. Renovated in 2005, which means it has all modern facilities. Upstairs offers stunning views from the windows. The house is in a wonderful quiet environment. Nearby you can find places to bath in the sea. The popular Smögen and Fjällbacka are only 20 km away. There are lots of activities such as canoeing, shops and restaurants nearby. The house suits families who want a peaceful relaxing stay in the natural environment. Main house is included in the rent. The red outhouse is not included. I will not stay in the area during the time the house I rented out. Although, the guest is welcome to contact me, through the Airbnb-system, if they have questions. The area is a quiet area, with a school for arts and culture. Nearest grocery store is 4 km away. You can parking your car 50 meter from the house. The house is on a mountain. It is about 50 meters walk from the car park. Cleaning of the house is not included. We wish our guests to have the opportunity to clean themselves. But, if you wish to order cleaning then you can book it. The cost is 1500sek. We wish you to order cleaning no later than 2 days before departure.
