Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation
WELCOME BACK Built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay. Important Covid FIRST OF ALL WELCOME We’ve had our accommodation closed during COVID - hence the lack of reviews - but we’re now fully open again. We can’t wait to see you all. Secondly we take our Covid 19 obligations seriously and have committed to the current AirBnB enhanced cleaning standards to reduce infection risks to our visitors/friends. We would ask that you apply the same principles during your time with us. Thirdly we are more than happy to welcome you, subject to local/national Covid restrictions if any. Personally as we are in one of the high risk categories we are asking all visitors/friends to confirm that they have had their Covid vaccination(s), or are exempt with a negative lateral flow test result, or have a recent negative test taken in the two days prior to commencement of your visit. Without satisfactory confirmation we will cancel your visit. NOW THE OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION The accommodation has step free access and level entry through both wide doorways which are well lit after dusk. There is plenty of room for movement inside and outside. Off street parking is provided on a private driveway in front of the accommodation. There is an external private patio area to the side which can be floodlit after dusk if required, or has solar powered lighting for a little more ambience. External power is available via 13 amp sockets for mobility scooter/car charging, at a separate daily cost (£5.00 & £10.00) for mobility scooters and cars, payable locally. Inside there is a fitted kitchen which has a full electric cooker, microwave oven, slow cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, toaster and tumble dryer. .
