Large Double room near Signpost Corner TT track

A large and light private room 20 sq m with a double bed and a chair-bed for a comfortable stay of 2/3 people. Guests of TT - the house is in Onchan, only 10 min walking to Signpost Corner - famous viewing spot where you can view the bike for free! Plenty of parking in front of my house. My house is in the quiet residential area but close to the main road and 'life' in Douglas It takes only 10 min by bus to get into the center of Douglas and about 20 min walking to get to the sea promenade. The room is lovely decorated and with the new luxurious soft carpet that's why we ask to wear socks or sleepers around the house - shoes should be left by the entrance please. The bed is lovely and comfortable Wardrobe space is a struggle so please let me know in advance how much space would you need and I free it up for you. Kitchen - you are welcome to use the kitchen for your needs. Make tea/coffee Breakfast - choice of cereals provided. Other meals - I am happy for you to let you use appliances what I have in the kitchen. Shared little toilet is situated on the landing adjusend to 2 rooms and it is for the guests to use. Keept it tidy please. So depending if there is anyone else in the other room the toilet could be private. Bathroom - shower/bath - you are welcome to use bath/shower gels and etc in the bathroom. Great garden facilities to sit out and enjoy the sunshine and do a little BBQ if you wish. You are welcome to enjoy the other shared space in the house - kitchen and our large sunny conservatory. I am available if you need me It is a quiet residential neighborhood so no extreme noises are allowed My house is in a very convenient location to TT course - only 5- 10 min walk up the road - Signpost Corner but set in the quiet green paradise of my very private garden. Birds signing, 2 frogs in the little pond, breakfact table outside - marvellous. That is if no rain - please be prepared that it could be raining! There is a bus stop just 3 minutes walk from the house So it is easy to get to the house from the airport or Douglas or Laxey or Ramsey NO SMOKING in the house NO shoes in the house Please. Generaly please keep all tidy respecting the house and the other guests.
