Peacock cottage relax and enjoy

Peacock cottage is in a ideal location for people that enjoy the country side and yet it’s only 50 minutes from city centre. It is set on a private farmland property that has three other similar chalets on it.It is approximately 5 minutes from Lingfield race course and opposite the British wildlife centre.Many country pubs and restaurants located near by. Car essential as nearest shops and village is 3 miles away. It is a cosy three bed space that has all modern facilities including sky tv, Netflix WiFi and amazon Alexa. It is a log burning stove in the sitting room. It is very private and peaceful. The entire chalet and conservatory are for sole use of guests. There is parking for two cars. (more on request)There is a small back garden but there is also a large paddock if guests would like a bbq etc. I am usually in my own chalet on site. I am very friendly and can be contacted at any time if there are any problems, however I am not in anyway intrusive and unless I’m needed or you want ,me for anything I will not be bothering you for anything. We are approximately three miles from the historic village of lingfield with its famous racecourse and train station with runs into London every thirty minutes. We are also only 20 minutes from Gatwick airport. There are lots of nearby places that are good for a day out with children of all ages and as we are on a farm property there is lots of space for children to run around. There is a good selection of local fishing and lakes. Horse riding is also very close by. We are also very close to three show grounds that host popular country events throughout the year. Our nearest beach is Brighton which is famous for its pier, restaurants and nightlife. A car is essential to get to local shops restaurants etc. However it is in a very popular cyclist area and there is plenty of room to park bikes in our storage sheds. It is not serviced well by buses and train station three miles away We are located on a bridle path network and it is a popular area for walkers, foragers etc. There are lots of wildlife on the property and if you are lucky you might get to spot the wild deer that come out to play some mornings.
