The Old Barn - One of the best views in Bucks

The Old Barn is located in the Chiltern Hills in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property dates from the early 19th century and great care has been taken to ensure that it's rustic charm is maintained. It does, however, benefit from a modern kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has underfloor heating and the rest of the property has Scandinavian electric heating. The large sliding windows give splendid views going as far as Cymbeline's Mount, one of the highest points in Bucks. We are a dog friendly property but please let us know if you have more than one dog. We have a dog and a cat. Wifi is available however speeds are not great. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Seating areas are provided in the garden. The entire building We are available most of the time and are happy to assist with where to eat and walk and can advise on local attractions. Wendover and Princes Risborough offer great places to eat ,drink and shop and there are excellent restaurants, theatres and National Trust properties within easy reach of The Old Barn. Silverstone Circuit is about 40 minutes away and Bletchley Park is only 22 miles away. The walking and cycling in the Chilterns are excellent and The Old Barn has easy access to footpaths. Aylesbury is about 3 miles away and has several supermarkets together with a National Trust pub, The King's Head and The Waterside Theatre. The Old Barn is 3 miles from Wendover Station which is 55 minutes from London Marylebone. Princes Risborough Station is only 4 miles away (45 minutes to London Marylebone).
