Large Double Room.

Large double room in 3 bedroom house. Guests will have access to the kitchen and living room which has Sky tv, DVD player and Apple TV with Netflix account. Property is located within walking distance of Corby centre. The room's available for longer term rent at a reduced price. The house is three storeys so guests have privacy and the house is generally quiet. The bedroom has a new double bed and is light and spacious. There is also a shelf set with spare bedding, a wardrobe, drawers and space for under bed storage. If needed guests can access the garage to store larger items. In the kitchen guests are encouraged to make themselves at home and have full use of crockery and appliances. The washing machine is also available for use and an ironing board and iron are in the bedroom. Guests will have access to living room (see photos), garden, shared kitchen (space is reserved for guests in cupboards and fridge), downstairs toilet and middle floor bathroom with shower and bath. If guests are staying longer and require storage there is a garage with plenty of space at the back of the property. I live in the property but work as a teacher so am out from 8-6 weekdays. I will arrange for guests to be met on arrival. I am often away at the weekends so guests may find they have the run of the house. I have Sky TV and internet and big sofas for guests enjoyment. The house is within walking distance of the town centre with Restaurants, cinema, swimming pool and a range of shops. The nearest Supermarket is a 5 minute drive. 30 second walk to field space with Outdoor gym and 3 minute walk to the local wood area. Buses run regularly from close to the property and there is plenty of car parking.
