Apartment with sea view

The apartment is located in a small touristic housing complex recently built, with independent entrance, in the quiet hamlet of Birgalavò. it is located on the first floor, with a wonderful panoramic view overlooking the sea. The apartment is 60 square meters and it is composed by: kitchen / living room, two bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds plus one retractable), bathroom (with shower), hallway and equipped veranda.There is a parking lot reserved for our guests. Air conditioning is not necessary since the location make the huse well ventilated. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. There are washing machine, clothesline, iron with ironing board, electric broom, umbrella, hairdryer, satellite TV, wifi (on request and with a supplement of € 2.50 / day to be paid locally), electric grill, microwave, coffee machine with original Nespresso capsules. Small pets are allowed (as long as they are guarded). In a few minutes by car it is possible to reach the beautiful free beaches of the area, as well as accessible beach for our four legged friends! Furthermore, it is located a few kilometers from the towns of Agrustos and Porto Ottiolu, as well as from Budoni and San Teodoro. Supermarkets, pharmacy, newsagents, banks, post office, medical service, bars, tobacconists, restaurants / pizzerias, night clubs and other services are located very closely. We will be happy to advise you! The airport and the port of Olbia can be reached in about thirty minutes. House linen, gas, electricity and water consumption are included in the rates. Supplement of final cleaning of € 100 (2 people) / € 150 (3/5 people) is required and has to be paid locally. We are flexible, check in and check out will be agreed on the basis of your needs, but compatibly with those of other guests and with cleaning needs. Early entry and exit of more than 6 hours (cumulative) compared to the recommended times (check in: 14, check out: 10), imply a charge of € 40. The kitchen must be left clean and the dishes washed. Maximum attention and seriousness is required in the separate collection of waste. Failure to comply with one of the above will imply a reduction of € 40 from the security deposit. Please note that in compliance with the provisions in force, for access to accommodation facilities (including tourist rentals), it is necessary to have a Green Pass, which will then be checked on arrival.
