En suite bedroom in West End

Newly refurbished en suite bedroom overlooking garden. Recently refurbished semi-detached house with free parking. Easy access to public transport and within walking distance of the town centre. Use of kitchen and dining area as required. En suite room in West end of Darlington. Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room. Body wash, shampoo and towels provided. Hair dryer in room. Easy 15 minute walk into town. We are happy to provide a key so that guests are able to come and go as they require during their stay. We are happy to spend time chatting with guests if this is what they would like. We have lived in the Darlington area for many years and provide advice about things to do. A beautiful tree lined avenue in a lovely part of the town. Friendly neighbours and a strong community spirit.. We have a Street Party every June! Two minute walk to Bus Stop on Coniscliffe Road for buses to the town centre. Main railway station about a 30 minute walk (or 15 minutes from the bus stop in the town centre) A light breakfast is provided at no extra charge. This includes: fairtrade tea or coffee (espresso and cappuccino available), cereals, juice and toast. Porridge is also available on request. A cooked breakfast could be supplied for a small additional charge. Our milk and butter is sourced from a small local organic dairy. We make our own bread, jams and marmalade. We have two very well behaved dogs. Meg a Collie/Dalmatian cross and Echo a Border Collie. The dogs are not allowed upstairs or in the front room and are excluded from the dining area while people are eating.
