It is situated in the middle of national nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden. So if you're looking for some quiet time, water adventures or just want to have a good time with nature this is the place for you :) The front of the house is a self contained home that contains: - 2 bedrooms with a double bed (1 Kingsize, 1 Queensize) - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 2 comfortable bathrooms with a shower. - Livingroom with a sofa, dinertable, TV, and a vieuw of the canal - Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine and boiler - Nice terras with a vieuw on the canal - Personal parkingspot. When you arrive in Dwarsgracht follow the road for 1 km straight until you see a former school 'Ons Dorpshuis' . You can park your car there. You can cover the last 50 meters by foot. Public Transport Take the train to Station Steenwijk. Take bus 70 to Giethoorn (busses go once per hour) Get out at the busstop Dominee Hylkemaweg Walk the last 3,4 KM to Dwarsgracht Or give us a call we'll be happy to give you a ride. Dwarsgracht itself is not accesible by public transport. We have a private parking space for you next to 'Ons Dorpshuis'.
