Farmhouse bohemian style close to Amsterdam

Welcome to our home. This beautiful farm was built in the beginning of the last century. 118 years later, two friends decided to buy this lovely place and split it into two houses. The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. We started reconstructing the house in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , with the use of sustainable and ecological products. The house is surrounded by a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) m2 garden. Living: 150 m2. Including: dinnertable that can sit 8 persons. 2 Lounge area's, one with t.v. (no cable), grand piano (unfortunately not working yet),kitchen with dishwasher, plain oven and elctric plates for cooking. There is a nespresso machine and a milkfrother. We do have the best tea in the world (arte&zayne) which you can use as much as you like. The internet: there is a WiFi available. The TV: we only have smart-tv that uses Netflix or Youtube/ internet. Feel free to use it. Also, you can connect your own laptop to the TV with the HDMI cable. The stereo: you can connect music to the stereo via a chromecast which is connected through wifi. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: Bedroom 1: 20 m2 with 1 Kingsize bed and a bathtub. Bedroom 2: 25 m2 with 1 Kingsize bed, a desk, a chair and a clothes rack Bedroom 3: 25 m2 with 2 single beds or 1 Queensize bed and 1 highsleeper suitable for a person till 1.60 m tall. Also includes a desk and a chair. There is 1 bathroom upstairs with a couple shower. Also 1 toilet upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs. Garden (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) m2. The garden that belongs to our house is the part under the hay shed and the garden on the right side of the house (when you are facing the door). There is a BBQ which you can use, which can even be used under the hay shed when it's raining. The backside of the garden is communal property. Sometimes you can use it, sometimes not.. we will let you know when you arrive. The whole house and parts of the garden When you rent this house, you are staying in our own house. So we will not be there obviously. We might be around, we might be on holidays, we can be anywhere. We will be available by phone in case there are any questions. The area is famous for cycling and bird-watching. It is close to Vinkeveense plassen (beach, watersports) and Aalsmeer (flower auction). Within 20 minutes by car you can reach Amsterdam and Utrecht. Amsterdam Airport is only 25 minutes by car. For an additional charge we offer the possibility of 'airport-parking': safely parking at our parking lot and we provide airport transfers to and from Amsterdam Airport (for max 4 persons) Car: free parking. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Amsterdam centre. Public transport: closest busstation (Dukaton in Mijdrecht) is in 15 minutes walking distance. Straight connection to Haarlem Central Station or to Breukelen trainstation. Bike: it takes about 1 hour to get to Amsterdam centre by bike (Hidden by Airbnb) maps can't find our address since number 8 is at the end of a dirt road. So for navigation purposes only: put number 4 in your navigation. You will find our house at the end of the dirt road, so past number 4. Please be mindful of our neighbours and don't drive faster then 10 km per hour on this road.
