Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, for 1-4 guests.. The apartment is completely renovated, sunny and warm, with new furnishing and equipment. It is on the first floor of the older house. The house is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, in the city center. Suitable for people coming for work on short- and long-term stays. Škoda factory is within a walking distance. Minimum stay 2 nights. The bedrooms are bright and spacious (20m2). The guests can use a fully equipped kitchen for preparing light meals. The large bathroom and a toilet have all essentials. The washing machine can be used with 8EUR/200CZK charge (detergent included). Parking is freely available at the street in front of the house. Guests are using the entire apartment. Housekeeping is entering according to schedule to clean the apartment. The garden is not intended for guests use, except for smoking or short stay outside. The guest's comfort and privacy are number one priority, therefore, the host interacts as little as possible. However, if you need anything, we are always at your service. The location is in the city center, close to the supermarkets Kaufland and Billa, shopping center Bondy, and many restaurants. Škoda Auto buildings and research centers are in the walking distance. Outdoor recreation is possible at nearby park Radouč. Parking is free on the street in front of the house. Main bus and train stations (Mlada Boleslav město) are within the walking distance (10 minutes walk). There are several public bus lines in the vicinity. There is always free parking available on the street in front of the house. Long-term stays are preferred, but contact us for short stays as well. Minimum stay is 2 nights.
