Situated in the heart of the Peak District between Buxton & Tideswell, it is perfectly placed for access to the Monsal Trail & for the exploration of the many delights of the Peak District National Park. A very good local pub, "The Anglers Rest", Millers Dale 1.5 miles away. The living room/ dining room has a log burner, a smart TV and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove , fridge freezer, toaster and microwave. There is a utility area with a washing machine. The bedroom contains 1 double bed and 1 trundle bed and has an en-suit shower room. All rooms have recently been refurbished. A small, private courtyard area holds a safe storage facility for bicycles and/ or sports equipment. Guests have access to the advertised property ‘The Brew House’, private courtyard at the entrance of the property and a secure bike & log shed. Private parking for guests. Access to public footpath leading to the Monsal Trail & River Wye. Residential gardens and outbuildings are private. Hosts live in a property in the grounds of Wormhill Hall. Situated in the beautiful village of Wormhill. Guests at the Brew House are 1.5 miles away from Millers Dale Station which is on the Monsal Trail, perfect for walks and bike rides, there is also a cafe and car parking at the station. If you do not want to drive down to the Station (5 minutes) there is a direct walk to the trail which takes about 30 minutes from the Brew House. The beautiful local river Wye, which is well known for its wildlife and fly fishing has walks all along it and is only a 20 minute walk from the Brew House. Wormhill has its own church St Margret's Church which is situated in the heart of the village. As well as the local pub "Anglers Rest" 1.5miles away, there are local shops and pubs in Tideswell 4 miles away and Buxton 5 miles away. ‘Beltonville Farm Shop’ produces & sells raw milk & other local produce, it is a 5 minute drive away (SK17 8SS) Unfortunately public transport is limited in the village. There are numerous taxi services available in Buxton. The Brew House is an apartment within Wormhill Hall. We have residents living in Wormhill Hall.
