The en-suite bathroom can be shared if the single room connected is occupied at the same time, but this is rare. Further more, your room will be made up prior to your arrival and then left alone until after your departure, minimising contact for your own peace of mind. . The second bedroom available is connected by a Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom. This single room can be booked in addition to the main double bedroom for a family wishing to stay close by. There are a selection of games in the wardrobe, should you feel the urge to play. The dining room can be used to eat breakfast if ordered and the sunroom for a change of scene, where all the chilling is done! Jane and Mick will always be on hand to make your stay as pleasant and memorable as it can be. North Hykeham is an up and coming neighbourhood, with plenty of amenities within walking distance; not least a lovely pub called The Centurion that does good food and other local eateries within walking distance. Also a selection of supermarkets, including Lidl, Tesco and Asda are very close by. A post office, paper shop and Vape shop etc. We also have a local sports centre well within walking distance. All this on our doorstep... Parking is on the premises, or round the side of our house, depending on occupancy. we are extremely close to public transportation. Buses run very frequently into Lincoln itself and takes 20 minutes or so. There are plenty of taxi firms locally and in addition, train stations. You will never be stuck for transport anywhere from here. Although bedrooms are, of course private with locks, there maybe on occasion a need to share some facilities, such as the dining room and sunroom depending on occupancy; this could potentially further enhance your experience with us.
