Our little house “Seekate” is still in the process of renovation, as soon as space for space is finished, more photos will be uploaded successively. The “Seekate” lies between the seas on one of the largest lakes in Schleswig-Holstein. It is about 50-70m from the "Seekate" to the shoreline (the house is in 2. Row without lake view). The boat dock can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. The rowing boat “Seekätchen” is also waiting for you here and is waiting for a new excursion. With a fishing license, you can purchase a temporary fishing permit from the local fisherman and go fishing in Wittensee. The "Seekate" is located in the middle of the Hüttener Berge nature reserve, numerous hiking trails are right on the doorstep and invite you to discover the surroundings and the wonderful nature. The “Seekate” lies quietly at the end of a cul-de-sac. If you are arriving with several cars, there are enough additional parking spaces available. Our “Seekate” is equipped with a carport, a garden shed, a covered terrace, an XXL beach chair, comfortable garden furniture, a charcoal grill from the brand “DanCook” and an outdoor grill. The terrace with the cozy garden furniture faces south-west so that you can enjoy the full sun until evening. The house itself offers 90sqm of living space spread over 2 floors (basement and at ground level). The open living-dining room and kitchen with about 40 square meters unites the family. In the basement are the bedrooms and a toilet. Here you can sleep comfortably cool and very calm even in the summer heat. All rooms have blackout plissees. The beds have mattresses from Bett1. de the so-called anti-cartel mattress and guarantee everyone a restful sleep. In the master bedroom there is a 180x200 cm bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers with another smart TV. The middle room has a 160x200 cm bed and a wardrobe. The so-called bunk room is intended for the little ones or the natures of the traditional. This room convinces with a bunk bed 80x200 cm (can be extended to 160x200 cm) and a chest of drawers. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and more. By this we mean a large induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Liebherr family fridge, a coffee machine with grinder promises an exquisite coffee enjoyment and a start to the day. The Morsoe stove in the dining room can be used to heat the house in addition to the electric heating, and makes our house cozy and cozy even in the off-season. A comfortable sofa invites you to spend cozy hours in front of the digial-Sat 42 “TV, even in rainy weather. Or you can pass the time in the family group with one of the many board games available. There is WiFi in the house, but also in summer 2020 as broadband. You are welcome to bring your four-legged family member with you after registration. Dog mat, water and food bowl and a paw towel are available. We are happy to accommodate up to two dogs / animals. We charge a surcharge of € 5.00 per night per dog / animal. We would be happy to set up our high chair and a travel cot for you free of charge after registration. Ironing board, iron and washing machine are also available. The covered terrace ensures that you can sit outside dry in any weather. On the small terrace extension there is an XXL beach chair for up to 3 people for sunbathing and protected seating. The “Seekate” is equipped with 22 prints by the painter Ole West. Ole West traditionally paints from old charts so that the sea is always immediately present.
