Kitchen is equipped with plates, silverware, pots/pans, glassware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender. Laundry facilities are on the property and are coin operated. Most people here have been here for years & insist on staying. People here are quiet & respectful. All facilities are well kept. There are many nice places to enjoy relaxing and enjoying the view. Grilling is popular here. The parking is free on the street or across from us on a lot owned by Dresbach Township. Walking is the best transportation while in town or bike riding. The Paved Trail to the Dam is Great for Walking or Biking. This unit is located on the MN MRT (Mississippi River Trail) Biking is popular here & Trails go for miles & (Website hidden by Airbnb) pack a lunch....You could get hungry. There are many State and County parks near-by for Hiking and Biking, Wineries and Breweries like 608 Brewery, Pearl Street Brewery, River View Vineyard & Winery, Turtle Stack Brewery, plus many more. Oktoberfest at the end of Sept is a popular attraction! Other towns/cities nearby have weekend fest year round. Many restaurants within 8-10 min drive.
