Cosy Shepherds Hut in Yorkshire Dales
A traditionally built Shepherds Hut that sleeps two people. Life inside the shepherds hut is compact, but you have a beautiful en-suite, with shower. A fixed double bed. A small kitchen area, with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a tv and wood burning stove to keep you toasty and warm. Private garden, with chiminea, covered gas BBQ area. There are two pubs in the village that serve good food and both are in walking distance. Pets fee is £5 per night per pet. Our 3 alpacas Zulu, Ginger & Blue, live in the some croft next to the Shepherds Hut. You will also catch glimpses of rabbits, bats, curlew. lapwings, pheasants and my two call ducks. In the spring you can watch the new born lambs in the field next to the shepherds hut. With stunning views and scenery all around the shepherds hut it is a great place to relax and unwind. The Shephers Hut, is set in the small croft next to the farm house, so I am on hand if you require help or information. The rual setting of the Shepherds Hut makes it a great base to explore the Yorkshire Dales and National Park. With great walk on the door step. Bolton Abbey, Grassington, Kettlewell, Malham are all a short car drive away. Skipton is only a couple of miles away. You are best to have your own transport to stay here. Sorry but we don't have EV charging facilities. The nearest ones are in Skipton, about 3 miles away.
