Cosy stylish cottage nr Ferry,train,beach,fishing

Cosy mid terrace 3 floor Edwardian cottage, over 110 years old, while not perfect, we've tried to make welcoming and homely with many original features, vintage finds, tasteful décor, comfortable furnishings. Stones throw from Ferry,train,bus,docks so no picturesque views but super convenient. Free parking 6pm-8am M - Sat (Sunday free all day) free nearby other times. sunny, enclosed garden at rear ,table,seats for alfresco meals. Beaches, country walks ,sea fishing, shops, restaurants nearby . For those wishing to visit the Amex (American Express) Community Stadium it couldnt be easier,a short walk to the end of our road to Newhaven Town train station,catch the train to Falmer station which stops right outside the stadium and off peak return tickets are only £3.70 per person.The journey time is 16 to 20 minutes depending on which train you catch.There is a large green area with children's play equipment just behind the house which is perfect for kids( or exuberant adults) to let off steam and is great for ball games. The whole house is exclusively available to our guests as well as the small garden which is fully enclosed with a table and chairs and a washing line.There is space to keep bicycles safely in the garden or indoors.The garden is level with a small grassed area,patio and flower beds. I don't live at the property but do not live far away so can be on hand quickly if help or assistance is needed. The immediate neighbourhood is of a busy seaport and train station with quite an industrial feel, so the house is not blessed with a lovely view but its such a convenient spot and close to everything. Within a very short walk or drive there are lovely beaches and country walks, supermarkets and fast food at the end of the road.Everything is in very easy reach with great transport links. You can stroll along beside the harbour or sit and have a drink at the pub/restaurant there.The south downs and the coast are what makes our location special. There is free all day street parking very close by in nearby streets and immediately outside the house after 6 in the evening until 8 the next morning all week and free all day Sundays,there is no parking outside those hours permitted in our street,but it is ok to stop to unload on arrival. There are trains running close by( though not through the night) but do not make enough noise to disturb our guests and there is a fairly busy road at the front which brings some traffic noise but again only during the day..
