Christmas and New year available (7 night bookings) Stunning cottage with a canal view setting in the pretty village of Swafield 10 mins to beach The property has a fantastic games room,includes Pool table & Table tennis and TV & playstation . Garden consists hot tub,seating and dimmed lighting to relax in the evening 6 Bedrooms 4 bathrooms (12 guests ) TV in all double bedrooms . Dining room for 12 . Wifi and full sky package. Pet friendly The house has a lovely warm homely feeling , in addition to 6 bedrooms there are 4 bathrooms (2 en suite) a generous utility room with pantry and seating area and washing machine and tumble dryer we have a large dining room to seat 12 and a further table in the living room which is perfect for board games and children dining Kitchen is ample size with a Range cooker, we have a fridge (Further fridge and large fridge freezer in pantry) and 2 dishwashers and plenty of worktop space Outside we have a lovely enclosed garden with Hot Tub and seating/ table situated next to the canal we have the full sky package ( include movies and sport )on 4 TVs and you can also access Netflix we also have various board games Bedding and towels are supplied for all guests "Our management company are on hand and local if you do require anything There are lots of nice restaurants/pubs a short drive away and the nearest Beach (mundesley is only 10 mins away ) There is a lovely walk along the canal from behind the local butcher a few hundreds yards away " swafield is a pretty village yet still close enough to the Market town of North walsham which has 3 supermarkets , to enjoy its amenities waitrose is only 5 mins drive There is a super local butcher a few hundred yards away which also stocks vegetables and bread and cheeses Swafield is perfect to find walks in the country and along the canal Although it is recommended to drive , the town is only a few mins away
