Single wide on the river perfect for summer vacation or fishing retreat. Please note we have seasonal water here, so if your stay is after Labor Day, the water drops significantly. Complimentary use of canoe. Kitchen equipped with pots, pans, and basic seasonings. In the owner’s suite, you’ll find a queen sized bed, and a huge bathroom that includes oversized tub. The 2nd bedroom has a full size and the 3rd BR has 2 twin beds. Enjoy watching the sun rise and set in the spacious sunroom. The area between our home & the river is open to the public so you may encounter others using the space as well. Well behaved dogs are welcome, however, the yard is not fenced. This is a rural area enjoyed by fishermen and hunters, you may hear gunfire. If you bring a boat, there is a boat ramp nearby. Great Fishing! SEASONAL water - levels drop starting after Labor Day.
