Light and spacious apartment (65 square metres) on the first floor of inviting house with a great view of Norway's biggest lake, Mjøsa. The flat is situated just a 15-20 mins walk from the centre of Gjøvik. Buses run from the hospital (5 minutes walk away) every 30 mins. The flat is equipped with everything you need to cook, and it has a dishwasher & washing machine. It is suitable for professionals, single people or couples. On-street parking. Minimum length of stay: 30 days. The apartment is a light and spacious one bedroom flat, with kitchen/dining area, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Separate toilet room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: Fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, filter coffeemaker, kettle and cupboards full of pots, pans, utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery. Underfloor heating, washing machine and shower in the bathroom. Flatscreen TV, cabel-TV and wifi included in the price. And last, but not least: A fantastic view to Norway's biggest lake, Mjøsa. Everything you need to make yourself at home. Guests stay in a self-contained apartment on the first floor of our home. The front door and outer hallway are shared with the hosts, but otherwise, the apartment is completely separate. We give our guests space and privacy, but we are available for help and advice when/if our guests need it. Our house is situated in the north part of Gjøvik, in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood primarily consisting of privately owned houses. We have a fabulous view of the lake Mjøsa, and you can see the sun rise over Mjøsa from the windows in the flat in the morning. The city centre of Gjøvik is 20 minutes away by foot. The closest grocery store is 5-10 minutes' walk away. Fredheim primary school and Bjørnsveen secondary school are approximately a 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. Gjøvik hospital and Gjøvik stadion is also close by: 5-10 minutes away on foot. Our house is central in Gjøvik, just a 20 minutes walk from the city centre. If you don't want to walk, then you can catch a bus from/to the hospital, just a 5 minutes walk away. Some periods we have parking opportunities on the property, but there is available on-street parking by the house. Finding a place to park is not a problem.
