The Buttery comprises of a Sitting room with a kitchen & dining area with a log burning stove along with a good sized double bedroom and ensuite shower room. There is underfloor heating throughout. Parking is available in the Courtyard situated behind the Cottage. Access to the Cottage is from the front garden area. Guests arriving at the local station at Waterbeach may be picked up by car by prior arrangement with the Owner. The Cottage is in a rural setting,surrounded by gardens and parkland just outside Horningsea village. The local railway station is at Waterbeach, one mile away which offers services directly to Cambridge and into Central London.
