Spectacular seaview 40 minutes from Stockholm

My house is beautifully situated in the the archipelago of Stockholm, my garden ends in the Baltic Sea. There are three beaches close by, should you want your own cliff for relaxing, sun bathing and swimming, you will find it 75 yards from my house. This listing is for 5 people, in three bedrooms. However you will have the whole house at your disposal, there is a beautiful living room, new kitchen and a lovely verandah to use. It takes 35 min by car from the city, 55 min by bus. I live here all year around, the winters, most of them with lots of snow, are amazing. When I am on holiday, the whole house is available, when I am at home, we share the place. If you read this ad, the whole house is at your disposal. This is a summer house area, my house was built in 1954 as a permanent home. During winter, very few people live here, during summer people from Stockholm come and stay in their summer homes here. There is room for 3-4 parked cars here, if you want to rent a car to move around, there is plenty of room for it. My summer neighbours come here for a few weeks, and go about on bike (I have three bikes that you can use) or by walking. Should you want to watch TV you can do that either on the TV:s (satellite, 100 channels) or the internet (fibre) on your computer. The whole house. This will hopefully be your home away from home. I live there all year around, when I am home I use one room for AirBnB guests. When I am on holiday, the whole house is available for my guests. Before you arrive, I will send you a document about the "do's and dont's" in the house, and my contact details should you need to contact me. Two neighbours will be around to answer questions and help you if you need a personal contact. The easiest way to go here is by car. If you travel by public trasport, you take bus 428x from Slussen in Stockholm to Baldersnäs. Walk in the same direction as the bus leaves, turn right after 20 meters. Walk ca 600 meters, to a t-junction. Turn right. Follow the little road about 400 meters (turn slightly to your right after 100 meters), to a lot of postboxes. Turn left. You will walk around a barn, my house is the yellow stone house with a fence around it, right in front of the barn. If you have a car, please park the car beside the barn. Normally, a huge dog lives in the house. If you are allergic, this might be a problem for you. If you want to bring a pet, you are more than welcome to, just make sure that the pet is house trained, and if it is a cat, does not ruin any pieces of furniture. The nearest shop for buying groceries is in Brunn, 8 km from the house. If you arrive late in Stockholm, or fly out before 9am, you do need a car. If your flight leaves at 9am from Arlanda, you need to leave my house at 5am, if you want to go by public transport, or 6am if you take a taxi (costs about 1000 kr).
