For this reason we are now happy to welcome non essential travellers back to stay with us. Our cleaners will continue to use PPE while conducting our cleans as we feel this will keep everyone as safe as possible during this period. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch! Situated one mile from Derby City centre and within easy walking distance of all shops, restaurants and pubs. The apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the essentials you will need and a fully equipped kitchen. WiFi is available 24/7 and members of our friendly team are readily available to ensure your stay is smooth and pleasurable. Parking spaces are available on site and also in the nearby vicinity. We are on hand if you have any issues during your stay Bus route outside the property or a 20 minute walk to City Centre There is some parking on site but we unfortunately cannot guarantee a parking space, they are on a first arrival basis and is limited to Five spaces around the building. There is however plenty of on street parking to the front of the building and there are no permits required.
