Self contained bedsit with en suite

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It's also perfect for anyone that needs to visit Bestwood Lodge/Country park for an event. The space is a self contained bedsit (inc small seating area and TV) on the side of our house with an entrance through our front door. It has a private bathroom, small kitchen amenities (microwave,toaster,kettle). 1 mile from the City Hospital an 3 miles from M1,J26. Quiet neighbourhood, with space to park outside. The self contained bedsit/room is newly refurbished. There is a private seating area with a small sofa and TV. There is also a private bathroom with a shower. There are small kitchen amenities in the bedsit, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, tea, coffee, cereal, pastries, plates, cups, mugs, cutler (limited cooking facilities). You will enter the property through our front door and access to the bedsit is from our hallway. Apart from the hallway, there are no other shared spaces in the house. Please note that you will only have access to the bedsit and no other areas of the house.The property is a walking distance to Bestwood Lodge Hotel and Bestwood Country Park, it's about a 1 mile from the City Hospital, 3 miles to M1 and around 3 miles to City Centre of Nottingham. Quiet neighbourhood, with space to park outside. Guests will access the bedsit through our front door but the space is very private and there is no access to other areas of the house. Guests will have their own bathroom, small kitchen facilities and a seating area with a TV. We are a couple and we have a 15 month old little girl. We also have a Beagle dog that's super friendly but won't be in your way at all. We are happy to advice you on places to eat, shop etc The space is private so there are no shared spaces in property. It's also on the side of our house so noise wise that shouldn't be an issue but you may hear a baby crying at times. However if there is anything you need or in doubt, just let us know. We used to host at our old place for about 2 years so we're not new to Airbnb and we moved to this property in October. There is a beautiful park - Bestwood Country Park 2 mins walk from our house. Our house also looks out onto a huge field so the neighbourhood is very quiet. There are couple of bus routes within couple of minutes walk. You can catch a bus to City or City Hospital. We have a 15 month old toddler so there may be occasional crying but generally she's a good baby. Due to having a baby in the house, all other areas in the house are not accessible. Guests will only have access to their bedsit.
