This large, bright, first-floor apartment can conveniently house up to three individuals. A separate, fully equipped bedroom contains a single bed, storage unit and a large wall mounted TV. In open plan kitchen - living room is a large sofa bed. There is also another large TV unit. The kitchen is fully equipped and the whole apartment is designed in the modern style using neutral colours throughout. House Rules • No smoking • Not suitable for pets • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM/ check-out time is at 10:00 AM You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. Upon completing your reservation you will be asked to provide some personal data (date of birth, address, nationality, ID/passport number and visa number if any). For foreigners this is for the purpose of reporting their stay in the Czech Republic to the Foreign police as well as paying recreational fees to the city, which must be done according to the Czech law. For Czech citizens this is required for the purpose of paying recreational fees to the city and keeping the guest book up to date, again required by the law. Ladvi shopping and entertaining center with fitness, grocery stores and a few restaurants and takeaway places. There is a very popular Italian restaurant nearby and plenty typical Czech pubs with local cuisine and great beer. Apartments are surrounded by nature and location is great for walks and morning run. A few minutes away are inside tennis courts and outside swimming pool with relaxing zones. Nearest tube station Ládví is 5 min by a walk with access to the city center within 15 minutes and from the main train and bus station. The modern and spacious bathroom contains a large walk-in shower, toilet with bidet and a large basin. Guests are welcome to use all common areas. Although, we are very happy to provide you with directions where to leave your belongings safely, we are unable to store your luggage in the apartment after check out. Please note there is no free parking in central Prague.
