We are positioned on a quiet residential street but only a 5 minute walk from New Malden mainline station - providing easy access to central London, Wimbledon and Kingston upon Thames with frequent connections to all localities. Linens & Towels provided in both units plus Ironing Board, Iron and Hairdryer. Weekly cleaning provided for longer stays. *ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT* GROUND FLOOR LEVEL This apartment is accessed through a gate and private entrance at the side of the building. It is totally self-contained and no part of it is shared with other people. The bedroom has a Super King Size Bed with skylight Velux window above. It has side tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, shelf with light and mirror above and a clothes cupboard opposite. The Shower Room has a walk-in shower, toilet, wash basin with mirror & light above and an electric shaving point. The Lounge has two sofas, side tables with lamps, a dining table with four chairs and a desk area. One of the sofas pulls out to provide a comfortable double bed.
