Designed to meet all the needs of its guests, the apartment consists of a bedroom, toilette, living room, kitchen, storage room and a balcony. In the kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave oven and all necessary utensils, guests can cook all meals. The apartment provides SUPER FAST wireless internet, as well as the possibility of watching TV (one TV in the living room and one in the bedroom). Apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay, such as a washing machine, iron and ironing board, working desk, a lot of lighting, as well as all appliances and cooking accessories that you may need. After a hard day, guests can relax in lounge chairs on the balcony which offers privacy, as well as enjoy in a view of Osijek’s concathedral. Apartment provides a movable wooden table which can accomodate 2-4 people. Table has a movable system so the guests can easily move table (and chandeliers above table) depending on their own wishes. Apartment has hot water which is always ready for use. Baby bed is available upon request. All furniture and equipment that are inside the apartment are allowed for use. Apartment guests receive a guide that can help them if they have some uncertainties or questions regarding accommodation, but can also contact the host at any time. In front of the building where the apartment is located is a bus stop as well as a few local stores. Slightly further (2-5min walk) there are tram stops as well as a large Interspar store. Within 1 kilometer you will find the very center of the city, bus and train station, numerous restaurants, shops ... On site free parking is provided to all our guests, but there is also a free street parking in the front of the apartment building. Public transportation (bus and tram) is right in front of the apartment or a few minutes walk. Guests of the apartment will receive a remote control for the parking ramp so that they can enter and exit at any time from the secured parking lot. The apartment also has a safety deposit box in which guests can store all their values (they will determine the code which they will use for that purpose).
