Modern apartment in the center of Leuven

We are renting out a very modern low energy apartment for a short time at an excellent location in Leuven. The neighbourhood is very quiet, while being a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the city center. This is an excellent place for someone looking for a temporary place to stay in Leuven, be it for a congress, a business trip or as temporary housing until something else becomes available. We are renting a very modern low energy apartment(build year 2014) for a short time inside the “Balk van Beel” in Leuven, a brand-new building with a very modern architecture. The apartment has great acoustic comfort, excellent isolation and balanced ventilation. The interior is timeless, elegant and bright. The apartment is completely furnished. There is a kitchen with microwave, oven, induction plate, dishwasher, big refrigerator and freezer. There is also a washing machine, desk and gym available - see the photos. Fast Internet is also available. The apartment also has a modern shower(normal one + rain shower) and a big terrace. The apartment is on the top(4th) floor, which can be reached by elevator or stairs. There is also a bike storage room. An underground parking next to the building is available, although not included in the price. The apartment only has basic commodities - it doesn’t come with a lot of decoration and has no television. Some commodities that are included: towels, bed linen, some basic glasses, cups and cutlery. We only rent it through AirBnb as a temporary solution until May, after which someone will move in to live there permanently who will buy all the missing things herself, so it doesn’t make sense to provide the apartment with the missing commodities right now.
